Pricing
Both studios are rented on an hourly basis but can be reserved for a full 8 hr. day at a discount.
- Hourly rental rate – $30/hr
- Full day Studio rental – $200/day
Seamless paper rolls available at an additional charge of $10 per roll

254 sq. ft. black studio, with hanger for seamless photo paper
100 sq. ft. green screen stage
- Tall ceilings
- Easy load-in through bay doors
- Plenty of parking on 5th Ave
- Unfortunately, the space is not temperature controlled and tends to run cold in the winter.
- Not guaranteed sound-proof. Neighboring workshops may be making sound.
- Currently no Wi-Fi available
